Not only do we have an extensive list on glycol chillers or water-cooled systems for you but military-grade too if that’s what best suits whatever project needs you may have – all of our chillers are available throughout the country and we can assist with service and installation. We hold a master refrigeration license, and full insurance. Our company serves all types of industry including beverage, plastics, food, “Flowers”, medical and printing for example. JC YOUNGER COMPANY IS AN INDUSTRY LEADER IN THE FIELD OF REMANUFACTURING GLYCOL CHILLERS AND WATER-COOLED CHILLERS FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS.

When it comes to the components in our chillers, quality is always first. This type of concern does not only apply for re-manufacturing or new chiller manufacturing but also when renting units out so that you can have a high standard experience with us at all times! We are ETL – UL 1995 listed and we have been a family-owned business since 1956. Our standards and quality are high and so are our expectations for the performance of the components we use.

Our remanufacturing process consists of purchasing used chillers (reciprocating only) of various sizes from ¼ hp up to 140 hp Once the unit is in our shop every component, mechanical and electrical, is removed from the unit until only the evaporator and condenser remain. From there, the evaporator and condenser are totally flushed and cleaned and all circuits are tested and rated for capacity and efficiency. Provided these pass all of our testing, the remanufacturing continues with all new components going into the unit from compressors to motors, from controls to electrical components to painting.

After working all over the United States at industrial 20 Million+ gallon facilities all the way down 2,000 case boutique wineries Sandy and the crew make one hell of a unit and their service is some of the best in the industry. The JC Younger unit we use at our facility is hands down one of best units on the market today. Its simple, its stout, the components are all the best money can buy, its made in the USA, in my opinion the unit is "overbuilt" in the best way possible. The other more well know big chiller companies will only build the condensers stateside, then slap cheap Chinese compressors/pumps/electronics on the rest of the unit.... you spend $60k+ only to be replacing compressors/pumps and electronics 6 months later.

He made sure we were happy from beginning to end. They provided us with an excellent product all US build and we haven't had a single issue.
