JCY-10ACNS-460 Air-Cooled Slave

This chiller has all the bells and whistles. The compressors are 10-HP Carlyle 06D series semi-hermetic and are reciprocating. The condenser fan has 1 HP, an RPM of 1140, and is 3-phase with direct drive. The condenser itself is air-cooled with vertical discharge. At 7′ long, 3′ wide, and 5′ high, this chiller will serve its purpose in almost any location.

JCY-15WCN-460 Water-Cooled Package

Measuring in at 7′ long x 3′ wide x 6’/6′ high, this model comes in 208/230/460 volts options and runs at HCFC-22 which is standard for medium to high temperatures. The 15 HP Carlyle is semi-hermetic and reciprocating. The condenser is water-cooled with an optional water-regulating valve, and it includes a standard refrigeration shell, a tube evaporator, and an insulated 130-gallon capacity.

JCY-40WCN-460 Water-Cooled Package

This chiller can run at 208/230/460 volts, is 3-phase and sports a 300-gallon, insulated reservoir. The refrigeration, HCFC-22, meets the required standards for medium to high temperatures. Its compressor, a 40 HP Carlyle, is semi-hermetic and reciprocating. The condenser is water-cooled and includes an optional water regulating valve. It has a standard refrigeration shell and a tube evaporator and measures 8’x5’x6.’

JCY-5ACN-460 Packaged Chiller

The 5ACN offers 208/230/460 volts and is 3-phase. Its compressor is a 5 HP Copeland Hermetic Scroll, and the condenser is also a 5 HP Copeland Hermetic Scroll that is air-cooled with a vertical discharge. The condenser fan has 1.5 HP, 1140 RPM, and is 3-Phase. The evaporator boasts a standard refrigeration shell and tube, and the reservoir holds 90-gallons, is insulated, and can be jacketed if necessary. The dimensions of this package are 6′( to 8′) x3’x5′, and the evaporator is independent with 1 HP and 3450 RPM (used for evaporator flow). The process supply pump has an independent 2 HP-3450 RPM capacity which can vary according to customer specifications.
